This custom Bulletblocker NIJ IIIA Bulletproof Special Security Vest was envisioned by a customer to meet their individual needs.  It was designed to be placed over a Bulletblocker NIJ IIIA Bulletproof VIP Concealment Vest. This vest was designed with pockets for panels and the customer requested that the specific ballistic panels be interchangeable between the VIP and Special Security vests.
